Work with me
You don't have to figure this out alone.
When you work with me, we start with listening. I want to understand your baby, your nights, your days, and what matters most to you.
Then we explore practical, responsive changes together — small steps, never a rigid script.
You stay in charge. If something doesn't feel right, we adjust. If you need to pause, we pause.
And through it all, your baby is supported, and so are you.
What's on offer
The Sleep Support Package
I don't offer sleep work as a one-off call. What makes the difference isn't a single conversation — it's having someone beside you while the plan actually runs. So everything lives in one package, from the first call to the follow-up.
- 1
30-minute intake call
We talk through your baby's nights, your days, and what you're hoping for. Nothing to prepare — just come as you are.
- 2
1-hour sleep counseling call
I bring a plan shaped around your family, and we go through it together, step by step, until it feels doable for you.
- 3
4 days of full support
While the plan is running, I'm with you for all of it — every step, every question, as it comes up.
- 4
30-minute follow-up call
Once the plan has started, we look at what has shifted and adjust from there.
- 5
5 email exchanges over 3 months
For the same issue, whenever you need a second pair of eyes. Write when you need to; I'll write back.
All sessions are online, so we can meet wherever your family is.
Before we begin
I offer a free consultation so we can get to know each other and see whether working together feels right for your family. This is separate from the paid Sleep Support Package.
How to pay
If we decide to work together, you'll sign your sleep counseling agreement. I'll then send you a payment link.
[To complete: list the payment methods accepted through your payment link, such as card or bank transfer. Only include methods you actually offer.]
When payment is due
Payment is due before our first package call — the 30-minute intake call. The initial fit consultation is free.
Cancellations and changes
[To complete: explain how much notice families need to give to cancel or reschedule, whether fees or refunds apply, and what happens if support has already started. Confirm applicable consumer cancellation rights before finalising these terms.]
Sleep support scholarships
Support should be within reach.
Every family deserves support with sleep. Sometimes, though, the finances simply aren't there. That's why I offer two sleep support scholarships each month for families who need a little extra help accessing this care.
Scholarships are offered on a sliding scale. Please contribute what you genuinely can within this range — your contribution helps me continue offering this support to other families in need.
If you'd like to apply, send me an inquiry. We can talk about your family's needs and what feels manageable for you.

What I won't do
- — Promise perfect nights or a specific result.
- — Ask you to leave your baby alone to cry.
- — Judge your choices, your feeding, or your exhaustion.
- — Offer medical advice. For health concerns, I'll always encourage you to speak to your doctor.
Not sure where to start?
Send me a message. We can talk about where you are, and whether working together feels right.
