Luberry Sleep Counseling — there may be tears, but never alone

Gentle, responsive sleep support

You don’t have to choose between
closeness and rest.

Gentle, responsive sleep support for families who want more rest without leaving their babies to navigate changes alone.

Because better sleep shouldn't mean giving up the closeness, comfort, and connection that matter to you.

I thought I had to choose between being close and being rested.

I remember the exhaustion.

The broken nights. The constant waking. The feeling of giving everything I had and still wondering how I would make it through another day.

I loved holding my baby close. I wanted to respond when my baby needed me.

But I desperately needed sleep, too.

Everywhere I turned, it seemed the answer was the same: if I wanted things to change, I would have to leave my baby to cry.

And because that didn't feel right for us, I believed there was no other option.

I know now that there are other ways to approach sleep.

And I want you to know that, too.

More About My Journey →

My philosophy

Gentle doesn't mean tear-free. It means supported.

Your baby won't always be happy with change. And that's okay.

Babies communicate through crying. Sometimes they're tired, frustrated, or adjusting to something unfamiliar.

My approach isn't about preventing every tear.

It's about how we respond.

Your baby won't be left alone to navigate those feelings. You'll be there to offer comfort, reassurance, and connection while we explore gentle, realistic ways to support your family's sleep.

We'll listen, respond, and adapt along the way.

Because your baby's emotions matter. And so does your need for rest.

01

Presence Over Pressure

Your baby is supported through changes, not expected to navigate changes alone.

02

Connection Matters

Comfort, closeness, and responsiveness are valued, not treated as bad habits.

03

Every Baby Is Different

There is no one-size-fits-all method. Your baby's temperament, developmental stage, and individual needs matter.

04

Mothers Need Care, Too

Your exhaustion deserves to be acknowledged. Your well-being matters alongside your baby's needs.

From one tired mother to another.

Hello, I'm Hannah.

I'm not here because I had it all figured out. I'm here because I remember sitting in the dark, holding my baby, wondering how much longer I could keep going — and believing my only choices were to stop responding or to stop expecting rest.

Now I walk alongside other families who are where I once was.

I'm based in southern Spain with my son Luca — the little boy behind the name Luberry. I started out as a primary school teacher, with a particular love for child development: how children grow, and what they need to feel safe.

Get to Know Me
